Rabbithole is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and authentic space for users to connect. This User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety Policy outlines the measures we take to ensure that all content shared on our platform aligns with our community guidelines and promotes a safe dating experience.

1. Content Standards

All user-generated content—including profiles, photos, videos, messages, and any other submissions—must comply with the following standards:

• Must not include hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats.

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is permitted only if it is consensual, non-exploitative, and non-offensive.
• No content involving minors or impersonation.
• No spam, scams, or deceptive promotions.
• No nudity in profile photos.

2. Moderation & Enforcement

We use human moderators to detect, review, and remove content that violates our policies.

• Human Review: Trained moderators review flagged content and user reports.
• Tiered Enforcement: Depending on the severity and frequency of the offense, enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

3. User Reporting & Blocking Tools

Users play a critical role in maintaining safety on Rabbithole. We provide:

• In-app tools to report content or behavior that is abusive, harmful, or violates our policies.
• The ability to block other users from contacting or viewing your profile.
• The option to include context and screenshots when submitting reports.

4. Appeals Process

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may appeal the decision within 30 days by contacting our support team. Each appeal is reviewed by a human moderator.

5. Content Retention & Privacy

• Removed content may be stored temporarily for investigation and legal compliance.
• Content is otherwise retained per our Privacy Policy, and users may request data deletion at any time.

6. Minors & Sensitive Content Safeguards

• Rabbithole is strictly for users 18 and older.
• Any content involving minors or suspected child exploitation will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and removed immediately.

7. Collaborations & Compliance

We regularly review our policies in consultation with:

• Legal and regulatory bodies
